Vital Insights Congratulates Jaguar North America in Ranking Highest among Luxury Brands in 2015 CSI Study
Vital Insights is proud to share that Jaguar North America, one of its key luxury automotive clients, has achieved the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) score in 2015 by J.D. Power. Jaguar has had the single highest year-over-year increase of 24 points (27 points adjusted to new JDP CSI survey format) of all auto brands in the U.S.
As a result of tireless commitment to customer satisfaction, the Jaguar team has achieved a giant leap in their overall JDP ranking, jumping from #6 to #1. This is a major achievement for Jaguar, and a strong testament to their ongoing relationship with Vital Insights and its Foresight™ customer experience platform.

In addition to Jaguar, Vital Insights is pleased to share that Jaguar’s sister-company Land Rover, has also achieved an amazing year-over-year increase of their CSI score, rising a commanding 18 points from 2014.
